morning woes

i havent been able to wake up early in the morning, like how i was able to do it previously. when i need to hit the gym in the morning, ideally, 545 is the time. however, i have difficulties even waking up at 6. im trying to understand why this is so. ok, i need 8 hrs of sleep to function optimumly so this means that i need to sleep at 10pm if i want to get up at 6am. right, i havent had the chance to sleep at that time. is this the reason? i hope so. OR, is it that im having a different routine everyday, meaning only mons and weds are gym in the morning, thus the body is slow to adapt to waking at early on those days. OR, im just not motivated to go to work. i mean, even if i dont need to go to gym in the morning for the rest of the week, i can still wake up at 6am to get ready for work, something that i did previously.

hmm it is getting disturbing. i need to know what exactly has gone wrong.

It happens to us all! luckily, they say that the older you get, the less sleep you get. But in any case, if you find the solution to this riddle, let us know =)
