I had my first road trip over the long weekend last week. It was a wet weekend. LB had wanted to snowboard but the snow was too slushy. We ended up shopping at an outlet which was just by the Camelback ski resort.
On sunday, we had a relaxing swim in the indoor pool of the hotel that we stayed in. It was my first time in the pool since donkey years ago. it was great- my bikinis were kinda loose on top, which is good news. or is it that they are old?! had brunch and head to Lancaster cos LB wanted to check out the Amish community very badly. a very interesting way of life. how people can stay true to this kind of lifestyle when the outside world is swallowed by consumerism and technology.
back to consumerism, i think im a victim of one. i cldnt resist the buy of a burberry bag at the outlet. the quest for nice bags continues.
