i got my promotion today, which came as a pleasant surprise. i was hoping for one cos i thought i performed well enough. however, i had the idea that i had to pay my dues, especially in corporations like my company. so i dint really push for it, though perhaps in my conversations with my boss, i kinda dropped hints that im ready for more and deserve more.
so i got my wishes.
but im torn now because of what i agreed to last monday. i accepted a job offer. so im screwed now. i dont know what to do, if i want to un-do what i did or just move forward.
