down

very down since last friday. so i dint go to work. instead, i did laundry and cut my hair. dint feel very liberated but i needed to feel busy. i felt guilty and went in on sat to make up for some hours. right now, i have the impulse for retail theraphy. its a blessing that im too lazy/busy to go shopping after work. cos i think im in an uncontrollable mood.
